Way back around 1998 or so, the artist who developed the musical scores for my novel (then called "Convictions") also went back and created a highly original music CD, 14 individual tracks of music that essentially summarized the story. The resulting tracks from Merek Royce Press were absolutely beautiful and I quickly had 1000 copies of the music CD made to go along with the MediaNovel® I had published. In fact, I still have several hundred copies of the CD if anyone ever wants one!

In my last MediaNovel® version of "Wizard Reborn" (back in 2001), I added a "slide show" feature to the CD-ROM that not only featured Merek's 14 tracks of music, but played relevant images from the story as well. Hence, the reader could listen to the music, see relevant images and review short blurbs of text all at the same time, essentially telling the story with music instead of thousands of words of text. I really liked the approach, but it's since been lost along with the overall CD-ROM.

Recently, I decided to revive the slideshow concept and make Merek's music available again online. Going back to all of the original artwork created for the novel as well as drawing upon my own text, I'm re-creating the slideshow using Macromedia Flash as the delivery vehicle this time, something I can easily place on the Internet. So, the remainder of this section of my website is dedicated to those 14 tracks Merek originally created several years ago...I hope you enjoy the slideshow!

NOTE: The slideshow is really meant for those with a high-speed Internet connection. It should work for 56k connections, but I can't guarantee that it will--the music and graphics take up a lot of bandwidth...
